Freshwater Class’ visit from Mrs Yardley

 Wow! What an exciting first Monday back to school we have had in Freshwater Class. Mrs Yardley came to visit us and read us a brilliant story. 




Mrs Yardley then spent some time getting to know everyone in Freshwater Bay class. She talked about 3 of her favourite things and then asked the children to draw 3 things about themselves to help her get to know the children even better!

Christmas Cards for the local community (Freshwater Class)

 Mrs Yardley has asked every child in the school to make a Christmas card that will be delivered to a member of the local community. Today, Freshwater Class made their Christmas cards. The children had various different station that they could choose to work at, including a very popular glitter station.  The children all produced some very personal and individual Christmas cards which they all put a lot of time and thought into. Well done Freshwater Class!

Christmas has arrived in Castlehaven Class

 We were very excited to come in this morning and find the classroom had been decorated over night! We are loving the Christmas tree and all the lights. We also have a Christmas post office and the children have been busy writing cards, lists and letters to Father Christmas and their friends and family.
