Maths - I can count forwards, within 10.














 Today in Maths we looking at counting forwards from zero to ten. We looked  at numbers lines and worked out which number came next. Children then used the numicon and ordered it from 1 to 10. They then used post it notes to label the pieces. We worked really hard on forming numbers correctly and making sure they were the right way round.

 As part of our work focussed around The Three Little Pigs, the children in year 1 drew the story plan of the story.  We started off by retelling the story and then going through the key 6 points from the story.
