PSHE - I can understand what makes a good friend.

 Today, year 1 talked about what makes a good friend and what makes a bad friend. We talked about being kids, offering to play with them, helping them if they are hurt and lots of other things we can do to be a good friend. We then talked about things that would make us not a good friend, like hurting them on purpose, being mean and taking their things.

Everyone then drew a picture of their perfect friend and wrote 3 things that their perfect friend needed to have.

 As part of our work focussed around The Three Little Pigs, the children in year 1 drew the story plan of the story.  We started off by retelling the story and then going through the key 6 points from the story.
