Castlehaven Challenges
Year 1 are enjoying completing their different challenges each week. They take photos on seesaw to evidence their work and then put a lolly stick into their challenge envelope to try and collect all six by the end of the week.
Art - Observational drawing of feathers
Today in our art lesson we did some observational drawings of feathers. We were looking closely at the shape, colour, light / dark and detail. We experimented with using pencils, charcoal and oil pastels. Everyone produced some amazing and detailed sketches.
